PLA Training Methodology
The PLA Training Methodology is based on Peter’s experience at some of the leading clubs in Europe (Atletico Madrid and PSG) and success in La Liga and the Champion’s League, where he played over 225 games. The principles of play are essentially the checklist a player needs to perform for each tactical situation that occurs in a game. The objective of the PLA Training Methodology is to build a foundation through which these principles will become second nature for the players, and improve player performance.
The PLA Training Methodology cover the 4 key areas that are fundamental to player development and performance: Technical Ability, Tactical Ability, Physical Ability, Psychological Ability
The training curriculum covers Individual Skills, Soccer Concepts and Tactics and Specialized Position Training.
