Hello and thanks for inquiring about our training! We are excited that you are ready to take a step towards getting better!  At Elite Performance Training, we are all about creating a world-class experience to take your game to the next level. Our training encompasses a wide variety of training methodologies specifically designed to help you thrive in your sport or in the sport of life. We aim to set the standard and create lasting affects on our athletes and clients, on and off the field, in and out of the gym.

HOW it works

  1. Come in for a group trial session - $30
  2. We assess the athlete's performance
  3. YOU decide your training frequency (1x,2x,3x/wk)
  4. Sign up for group training

Summer Schedule:  Jun 19 - Aug 18

Summer Elite

Grade 3-5 - NOON
Grade 6-8 - 1PM
Grade 9-12 - 2PM

Group A - Mon/Wed/Fri
Group B - Tue/Thu/Fri

All Ages - 5:45PM Mon/Wed (Add'tl times could be added in the evening depending on interest)

College Prep

Mon/Wed/Fri - 7:45AM

Adult Classes

Mon/Wed/Fri - 9AM
